We encourage you to report all crimes and emergencies to theÌýUniversity Police DepartmentÌýimmediately. Faculty, staff, and visitors should call the MVSU Police Department. The UniversityÌýPolice Department hasÌýtwo generalÌýtelephone numbers (662)254-3478 and 254-3479 and one Emergency Hotline number (662)254-2700.ÌýThe Dispatcher will obtained all needed information and aÌýofficer will be dispatched as quickly as possible.
TheÌýMVSU Police DepartmentÌýis available for walk-in complaints. TheÌýUniversity Police DepartmentÌýis opened 24 hours a day, seven days a week, you can also contact one of the campus entry gates located at Valley of Scholar and Rosa Park Street. Anyone who is a victim of a crime is encouraged to report the crime to the MVSU Police Department.
