The ArtÌýProgram of the Fine Arts Department at 91¿ì²¥ provides undergraduate programs in two dimensional design and visual communications, and offers cultural opportunities for the University and the community.Ìý The ArtÌýProgram's offerings are available to all segments of the population regardless of nationality, race, ethnic background, or religious affiliation.Ìý TheÌýArt Program draws the majority of its students, as does the University, from the Mississippi Delta.
The academic program inÌýart provides opportunities for concentrated study inÌýart leading to the Bachelor of ArtsÌýdegree for multimedia and visualÌýdesign and graphic design.ÌýÌýOpportunities to pursueÌýartistic study are also available to non-art majors, pre-collegeÌýart students, and the general public.
